This resort will consist of 152 guestrooms in two renovated historic hospital structures originally built for the Veterans Administration in the 1930s and 40s. The project site, rich with history from its intended use to celebrate the Mississippi Centennial in 1917, is located across the main beachfront highway from the sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast. The hotel interiors will reflect this "historic southern playground" with welcoming charm and grace with unique pops of color for a fun and fresh environment enjoyable for the whole family. The resort will include a zero-entry pool and lazy river and contains 10 KidSuites designed especially for families.
