Mandara Spa Aruba, a 6,500 square foot relaxation destination originally designed by Coleman Partners Architects, LLC in 2000 is located at the Marriott Aruba Ocean Club. In 2012, Coleman Partners Architects and Interior Design was selected to reconfigure and refresh this tranquil retreat with all new finishes, furnishings, and equipment. Mandara Spa proudly showcases renovations to its Lobby and Retail area, Relaxation Lounge, and transition spaces maintaining serenity and balance in the modernized Balinese design. In the Lobby, textural materials of wood and stone are combined to create a balanced arrival experience. Product displays were streamlined, incorporating energy efficient illumination. With a color palette derived from the Palm Beach shoreline, the enlarged Relaxation Lounge features cozy, oversized furniture, onyx & pebble water feature, soft lighting and lush textures. Refreshments are served from a custom wet bar inviting guests to relax before and after treatments. The second phase of the Mandara Spa renovation will address the Salon, treatment rooms, locker rooms, and employee areas.
