The North Parking Garage at BRCC accommodates 950+ vehicles.  This is the first of two such garages defined in the campus master plan.  The garage is sited to maintain vehicular circulation at the perimeter of the campus and to minimize pedestrian walk time across the campus.  The garage is pre-cast concrete structure clad with architectural elements complimentary to the overall campus design theme.  The facility was designed, constructed and occupied in eight months.
