Coleman Partners Architects, LLC designed a 152 luxury unit Timeshare and Condominium project, which connected to the existing Aruba Westin Hotel. The project featured units which stepped down to the water, creating exclusive private roof-top terraces for the special penthouse units.

In addition to providing Architectural Services for this 152 key Timeshare project, Coleman Partners Architects, LLC also provided complete Interior Design Services for all Guest Villas, all Public Spaces, and for the Sales Center that was to be constructed in the adjoining Westin Resort hotel.
