Coleman Partners Architects, LLC recently renovated the previous “Beta” Hotel, on the Island of Aruba, into the new Marriott Aruba Ocean Club Ownership Resort. The project is located adjacent to the Aruba Marriott Hotel and Stellaris Casino, also by Coleman Partners Architects, LLC. This project presented several challenges including converting the existing small room bays into workable time share units, improving the appearance of a somewhat unattractive existing façade, and integrating the new project with the existing amenities of the existing hotel.
