The Louisiana Community and Technical College System (LCTCS) Headquarters Building is a 26,000 square foot facility that was completed in July 2004. The building serves as the hub of operations for the Louisiana Community and Technical College System. The LCTCS’ administration and computer facilities are housed at this location on the Baton Rouge Community College campus.
