Project will be developed in the historical neighborhood Treme- Lafitte in the city of New Orleans, Louisiana. Site is located on the south corner of Esplanade Blvd. and n Villere a venue and is a short walk to the New Orleans Jazz National Historical Park. Site will be developed in two parts. A new 4 story multi-family housing project with parking on the lower level. The existing 2 story and 1 story building will be converted to accommodate retail and residential spaces. As part of the N. Rampart/ St. Claude streetcar expansion, there will be a station approximately 3 blocks from the site and provide access to French Quarter and Canal street.
