Working with Desarrollos Hotelco of Caracas Venezuela, Coleman Partners Architects designed this 361 room luxury hotel plus 19 luxury branded Residences. The project is located on Grace Bay, one of the nicest beaches in the Caribbean. The design of the hotel allows for every room and residence to have a direct view of the beach and water. The hotel features a Casino, Spa, Fitness Center, Two Restaurants, Lobby Bar, Ballroom and Meeting Rooms, upscale Retail, Kid's Club, and two pools. The lobby is designed to operate open air during months of cooler weather, but will convert to a conditioned space during warmer months. In addition to providing Architectural services for the project, Coleman Partners provided all Interior Design Services in house.
