Interior Design of 10,500 SF clubhouse featuring a number of amenities for residents including a coffee bar, TV Lounge, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Billiards area, Gift Wrap room, Business Center, Leasing offices, & Hospitality Kitchen with 12 foot live-edge sinker cypress communal table. The 2-story wall of glazing allows daylight to flood the vaulted Clubroom and offers stunning views of the pool deck and pond beyond. Color & materials palette was inspired by the regional landscape of sawgrass and cypress trees. The project also included selection and specification of all FF&E for a typical 2-bedroom unit.
