Westmoreland Multifamily Housing
Working with developer Katy Reynolds, Coleman Partners created an Affordable Housing infill project to be constructed on approximately 4 acres of land owned by and adjacent to Catholic High School of Baton Rouge. The project features Retail on the ground floor with studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom units above. The project features sustainable design throughout.
