The development consists of ten 3-story apartments buildings, with a rentable area of approximately 302,000 square feet. The apartment buildings are constructed as load bearing wood framed structures with a fiber cement siding and wrought iron railings a three story, 107,000 square foot, pre cast concrete parking garage provides direct access to the two upper floors of the dwelling units, covered parking and allows for larger landscaped areas. The Landscaped areas and amenities include an outdoor pool, a grilling pavilion and a beach volleyball court. The units have 9 foot ceilings with crown molding, walk-in closets, personal patios and balconies and garden tubs. The Club house and amenities buildings contain an Wi-Fi café, a fitness center and a multipurpose purpose room that can be used for meetings and entertaining. The project was completed in the winter of 2008.
